THREE SISTERS by Anton Chekhov, based on a literal translation by Elise Thoron was first produced by Berkeley Repertory Theatre and co-produced with Yale Repertory Theatre on April 8, 2011. The production was directed by Les Waters; the set design was by Annie Smart, the lighting design was by Alexander V. Nichols, the costume design was by Ilona Somogyi, the sound design was by David Budries, the Musical Director was Julie Wolf, the dramaturg was Rachel Steinberg; the stage manager was Michael Suenkel and the assistant stage manager was Cynthia Cahill.
